Pembrokeshire County Council are thinking of turning their backs on their commitment to tackling climate change. They’re planning to review and possibly drop their Declaration of a Climate Emergency made in 2019, despite the worsening climate crisis. And they will consider dumping their plan to deliver Net Zero Carbon emissions in Council operations by 2030.
